In my role as a UX Designer, I led the development of the Help Center for the One AP product, a buyer-facing platfom within the B2B payment space. This project was initiated with a clear objective: to significantly reduce servicing call volumes by empowering users to find answers to their questions independently. I designed the Help Center to provide a seamless, intuitive user experience, enabling users to quickly and easily access the information they need.Â
By enhancing self-service capabilities, my goal was to improve user satisfaction while also alleviating the demand on the customer support teams. A key aspect of my role involved extensive stakeholder management, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design. Through effective communication and collaboration, I ensured that the requirements and expectations of both teams were met, delivering a cohesive and functional solution.
